Twenty local cookbook authors team up to share nosh and sips straight out of their award-winning tomes.

Just in time for last-minute gift shopping, the area's best cookbook authors will gather together for the free Portland Cookbook Social on Sunday, December 16.

From 1 to 4 pm, Portland's culinary scribes will set up shop at Vitaly Paley's Imperial to sign gift copies of their books, share food and drink inspired by their own culinary discoveries, and celebrate PDX's role as one of the hottest cities for culinary tomes in America. 

Among the talented crowd:
