Wake my person with exuberant persistence

Do the Eastbank Esplanade loop, yapping manfully at the geese

8:30 a.m.

Coffee and treat at SW Montgomery’s dog-friendly Upstream Coffee

10 a.m.

Social Club at NW 10th’s LexiDog—ISO of other hot wiener dogs

11 a.m.

Acupuncture at the Hawthorne Veterinary Clinic. Anxious times, even for canines. 

Noon

Wind down on the patio at the nearby Lucky Labrador Brewpub

12:45 p.m.

Off-leash at Grant Park: woo-hoo!   

1:30 p.m.

Head to N Mississippi to grab a street table at Por Qué No and beg for scraps

2:30 p.m.

Three-block walk for some retail therapy at Salty’s

3:30 p.m.

Wash and pedi at NE Alberta’s Hair of the Dog

6 p.m.

Dinner at NE Alberta’s Tin Shed—scraps on the patio FTW! 

7 p.m.

Jaw-squeaking yawn, head on paws to sleep
