Recipe:

1 1/2 oz. Indio Lemongrass Vodka

1 oz. Scorched blueberry lemon thyme simple syrup

4 oz. house-made  lemonade

2 dashes peach bitters

1 oz. Cava

Garnish with blueberry thyme sprig

Instructions:

Take pint glass add vodka, lemonade, scorched blueberry lemon thyme simple syrup, & peach bitters Shake & strain served in a chimney topped w/ soda.
