Recipe:

1.5oz Campo De Encanto Pisco

0.5oz Aperol

0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5oz Honey Syrup

0.5oz Ginger syrup

3 dashes Portland Bitters Project Lavender Bitters

1oz Soda Water

5-6 mint leaves

Instructions:

Add Pisco, Aperol, lemon, syrups, and bitters to a mixing tin, fill with ice, and shake. Add soda water, then double strain over regular rocks into a collins glass. Garnish with the mint.
