Get out your party hats: Local boutique Physical Element wants to celebrate their 10 Year Anniversary with the debut of their new Pearl District location’s grand opening. The festive shindig features a live fashion installation with fresh spring fashions from both local and global designer lines, in addition to exclusive giveaways, a live DJ, cocktails and refreshments:
