Good news, local fashion fans: we no longer have to be separated from Church & State. The line's Portland-based design duo of Rachel Turk and Nathaniel Crissman are back with a new collaboration with West End shop Frances May. The two took a break from their decade-old brand to bring us three seasons of The Portland Collection for Pendleton, but we’re thrilled to see their personal style back in action—complete with their signature combination of modern, non-fussy silhouettes with feminine flair.
