Lingerie and Flowers Abound in Portland this Weekend

The temperature is currently scorching; you might as well turn up the heat in your bedroom, too. On Sunday, June 28, lovely lingerie bits take over The Cleaners at the Ace with a summer soiree.
Jane’s Vanity, the longtime local lingerie purveyor, will bring in loungewear from Christine Vancouver, Elise Anderegg, and brand-new-to-the-US Morpho + Luna; lingerie from Valery, Fleur of England, and Madame Aime; shawls, scarves and apparel from Ambas & Klements, swimwear from Cadolle—and a lot more.

Beyond the chance to ogle the collections in person, shoppers can pick up bouquets from Spellbound Flowers and sniff local fragrances from Topaz. Of course, the requisite refreshments will be available in the space via Clyde Commons, and DJ Tony Stewart will be spinning from 1-7 pm.
If the lingerie, drinks, perfume, and music aren’t enough to get you in the door, Jane’s and Spellbound are promising a tableaux vivant (living picture) in the space with large-scale installations inspired by summer. That alone is worth a pop in.
