After just four months at the helm of Alberta Street Pub’s renovated kitchen, Kevin Sandri is throwing in the apron.

Sandri took a two-year hiatus from his beloved Garden State food cart before rejoining the Portland restaurant scene earlier this summer, frying up exceptional pub food with lowbrow bites fueled by farm-fresh seasonality and East Coast sandwich-craft.

Sandri left Alberta Street this weekend. No word yet on a replacement for the pub or Sandri’s next move.  Stay tuned.
