Crammed like a punch line next to a dispensary and a sex shop in an 82nd Avenue strip mall, PDX’s first all-vegan doughnut shop is a twee wonderland of crisp, heavy cakes lavished with baroque toppings—bright currant glaze with “buttered toast” crumbs to Nesquik-ish strawberry milk icing. $18
