Sloshy Pops

This boozy Popsicle party-starter specializes in lickable cocktails—strawberry margaritas to peachy-vanilla rum-spiked creamsicles (plus N/A pops). Order 50 or more and the Sloshy crew will deliver a dry-iced cooler full of fun to your door. Or, hire them to hand out a rainbow of tipsy treats from their push-cart or PopCycle (an additional $50/hour). Pops are $5 each; order 100 or more for 15 percent off.

1927 S’mores

Portland’s pro roasters will wheel their cute cart to your party and flame on for two hours, hand-torching fancy s’mores to order, caramel mocha to bourbon salted caramel. 1927 tiers its catering options, with staffed cart service at around $750 for s’mores for 100 eaters to less expensive S’mores To-Go boxes for groups of 15 to 20 (roasting box rental to WetNaps) for under $100.

Cotton Candy Art

Twin sisters Summer Cessnun and Jessie Parker don’t just schlep cotton candy; they spin enormous, feather-light bunnies, puppies, and even Pikachu to order in acts of sugar-shocked dessert theater. (The duo charges around $250–300 for two hours of unlimited character crafting.) They often go through 50 to 100 pounds of sugar practicing each new character. But eating Hello Kitty’s sweet head? That’s priceless. (To book, email [email protected])

Miss Zumstein

Just need a cake? Cully neighborhood staple Miss Zumstein bakes up rich, perfectly textured treats with all the party pizzazz—scorched meringue, glistening tempered chocolate, and pithy messages. This is Northeast Portland’s longtime spot for celebration cakes of all sizes, including chocolate buttermilk and cinnamon-y carrot, plus wilder, off-menu creations. The bakers prefer at least three-days’ notice but will try to squeeze in same-day orders.
