Inspired by the bounty of the Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of life’s greatest pleasures...pasta and wine.
Since opening our doors in 2001, we’ve crafted craveable dishes with a local sensibility that is true to our roots. In the last 22 years, we’ve expanded to eight locations in Portland, Corvallis, Eugene, and Bend. Since day one, we’ve made everything from scratch, from our signature sauces to daily rotation of soups, salad dressings to tiramisu, all with responsibly sourced ingredients. Our thoughtfully curated wine list celebrates both stellar Northwest wineries, and small family-owned vineyards in Italy.
