With close ties to OHSU—where Dr. Zegzula and Dr. Baltrusch both served as a Chief Resident—as well as Legacy Good Samaritan and Providence hospitals, the team cares for patients across the city.

Since 2014, the group has called the historic Albers Mill building home. From this iconic location in the Pearl District, Portland Plastic Surgery Group serves both cosmetic and reconstructive patients, improving lives by helping people feel more confident with their appearance. In 2022, the group expanded their ownership to include Bridgeview Surgery Center and launched MD Beauty Lab, an on-site medical spa featuring injectables, laser and radiofrequency treatments, and medical-grade skin care.
