Food & Wine magazine's vino-centric October issue highlights America's "best new wine destinations" in their 25 Places to Drink Wine Now feature, and Oregon wine country's newest gem Paulée gets a nod.

Chef Daniel Mondok's gamechanging Dundee restaurant showcases hyper-local ingredients with a modern flare, and drew writers Gina Hamadey and Megan Krigbaum to add the Highway 99 hot spot as their #7 pick.

Per the article: "Master Sommelie Brandon Tebbe designed the wine list for this Willamette Valley restaurant for two types: the local winemakers and the out-of-towners. For the locals, there are bottles from Uruguay, Croatia, and Colorado. 'They taste Willamette Pinot all day long,' he explains. The rest of the list is focused on the Pacific Northwest."
