Headwaters
For its first-ever Thanksgiving dinner, the Heathman Hotel's new restaurant will offer a two-pronged approach: a heaping buffet with turkey carving stations, charcuterie, a cold and hot seafood station, and plenty of pie, or an a la cart Thanksgiving dinner. Apart from turkey, you can expect such seafood-heavy dishes as petrale sole with sea urchin beurre fondue, seared Coho salmon, and special bottled rye Manhattans to wash it all down.

Higgins
One of Portland’s O.G. farm-to-table icons, Higgins serves a four-course feast with applewood-smoked salmon and leek chowder, bourbon maple pumpkin pie, and four main-course options that include a sage-roasted turkey with buttermilk potatoes/giblet gravy and alternatives like forest mushroom and pecorino risotto with crispy leeks. Plus: Earl Grey milk hot chocolate with orange marshmallows.

Andina
As per tradition, Andina offers a Peruvian take on the American holiday in three courses, replete with cebiches, quinoa salads, Peruvian-style paella with seafood, and purple corn and fresh fruit compote.

Verdigris
One of Portland Monthly’s favorites for a no-wait brunch, Verdigris’s first Thanksgiving will have all the standbys, including brioche, chestnut, currant, and sausage-giblet stuffing, and twice baked sweet potatoes with gruyere, green onion, and truffles (!).

Raven & Rose
Get this: you can sit at R&R’s upstairs Rookery Bar, warm yourself by their roaring fireplace, watch the game, and eat a Thanksgiving feast all at once. Food-wise, don’t expect anything too T-day-fringe: turkey, salmon, brussels sprouts with blue cheese and bacon, and sweet and savory yams with burnt marshmallow and pecans.

Park Kitchen
If you want a super-cheffy spread but aren’t up to the task yourself, white tablecloth Park Kitchen offers a “Thanksgiving Commissary,” with five mains, sides, and desserts (minus a turkey). We’re talking about the likes of charred brussels sprouts, shiitakes with puffed wild rice and horseradish cream or EZ Orchard’s apple cake with rum toffee and pimenton pecans.

Ringside Grill
This is the full, unfussy shebang: 16-pound brined turkey, potatoes, gravy, and stuffing—although the spiced pumpkin bisque might be a little fancier than usual.  You can add a small growler of house red or white for $25 more.

Bowery Bagels
The outside-the-bagel thinkers at Bowery bring back their garlic and herb-flavored stuffing bagels every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in November. Really good for day-after turkey sandwiches.

Feastworks
The Sellwood meat and charcuterie experts do a classic T-Day spread with bourbon-glazed turkey, garlic smashed potatoes, sausage and kale bread pudding, and much more.

Old Salt Marketplace
Old Salt’s offerings run the gamut with uber-local sourcing as their guiding principle. Turkeys are natural and air-chilled, ranging from 8 to 20 pounds (they’ll even order you a special bird, pheasant to squab, if you don’t like turkey). Sides abound, with produce coming from beloved Junction City farm, Groundworks Organics. We’re talking mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, biscuits, rolls, chicken stock, and beyond.
