Ready to spice up your morning? All three of these sauces can usually be found at World Foods in the Pearl, where the staff of condiment nerds will even let you taste-test Portland's largest selection of hot sauce. 

Bobbie’s Boat Sauce

This sweet, briny, marinara-like stew was literally born on a boat off the coast of British Columbia. It owes its subtle shock of heat to dried Thai chiles, while funky undertones come from a dash of fish sauce. Best on: scrambled eggs

Silagy Cilantro Lime Serrano Sauce

A green sauce bottled in Battle Ground, Washington, this salsa-like blend earns top marks for its crazy freshness: roasted tomatillos, onions, and cilantro plus ample lime juice add up to a tart, herbaceous sauce with a slow-burning heat. Best on: breakfast tacos

SeaFire Gourmet Reaper Hot Sauce 

You would think that a sauce containing Carolina Reaper, one of the hottest known peppers on earth (yes—hotter than a ghost chile), would obliterate anything you drizzled it on.
