Heads up, climbers. There's a new rock gym in town, and it's big.

The just-opened gym offers a dizzying mix of rock climbing, bouldering, yoga classes, sauna, and fitness equiptment at 405 NW 14th Ave, Planet Granite is Northwest Portland's first rock gym. Members have access to an incredible 30,000 square feet of 200+ bouldering problems, and 150+ routes on walls up to 55 feet high (complete with hydraulically adjustable cracks)—and it's affordable to boot.

Individual monthly memberships are available for a special opening rate of $67, which includes full access to the climbing gym, all fitness classes, and unlimited yoga studio fun. Students get a discount (just $54 per month), and couples can sign up as a pair for $110. In a nutshell, it's an affordable one-stop shop for all things fitness.

As far as rock gyms go, Planet Granite is the swankiest offering in the region—with crisp white bathrooms, two saunas, and large garage-style doors to let in as much light as possible, the new outpost is sure to impress climbing buffs, health nuts, and fitness newbies alike.
